Cortijo el Chaparral is an imposing
and unique house, set in the spectacular Andalucian countryside, close
to the “white village” of Casarabonela, yet only 40 minutes from Malaga
airport, and within 45 minutes of the beaches of the Costa del Sol.
The plot of 30,000 square metres is planted with ancient oil-producing
olive trees and has a large, well-established garden.
The present owners built the house three years ago, incorporating the
best of Andaluz tradition with practical modern features, including gas-fired
heating and air-conditioning.

pool, with a smaller pool for children, has ample, paved, sunbathing areas.
